Dr. Kazimiroff earned his Master’s degree in Science from C.W. Post and his Bachelor’s degree in Education from Herbert Lehman College. Outside of academia, Dr. Kazimiroff shares a unique connection with nature, particularly through his care for a mated pair of "Queen of Bavaria" parrots. These rare and endangered birds, originally discovered in the Amazon basin, face a fragile future due to environmental destruction. Recognizing their critical status, Dr. Kazimiroff hopes to contribute to their survival by raising young that could potentially aid in the repopulation of their dwindling numbers in the wild.

A proud veteran, Dr. Kazimiroff has served his country with honor and maintains active memberships in the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), and Disabled American Veterans (DAV). His ongoing advocacy for fellow veterans is a testament to his commitment to service.

In his leisure time, Dr. Kazimiroff enjoys boating, fishing, scuba diving, wood carving, and sculpture, hobbies that reflect his deep connection to both history and nature.
